About the Job
You will oversee all aspects of project lifecycles, from planning to delivery. You'll lead scheduling, ensure quality service delivery, and maintain strong communication with clients, engineers, and subcontractors. Your responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining QHSE policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations, and managing installation schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and maintain QHSE policies and procedures on all projects.
* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, completing and submitting Health & Safety plans.
* Manage installation schedules, ensuring high-quality service and clear client communication.
* Report to senior management on project performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Brief installation engineers and subcontractors on tasks and project processes.
* Coordinate with other contractors and workers to ensure smooth project execution.
* Complete all necessary project documentation accurately and on time.

Requirements and Qualifications:
We're looking for a qualified candidate with 2+ years of experience in project management within the HVAC, Mechanical, or Plumbing sectors. You should have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently. Additionally, you should have experience working with external consultants, regulatory bodies, and internal management systems. A Full UK Driving License and Basic DBS check are also required.
