Role Overview

As a Home Delivery Driver at Sainsbury's, you will play a vital role in helping our customers prepare for their celebrations and making good food joyful for everyone. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver our customers' shopping on-time and in great condition, while offering them a brilliant service. This may involve making sure they are greeted with a smile on the doorstep, professionally dealing with their queries, or keeping them informed of any delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer shopping on-time and in great condition
• Offer a brilliant service to customers, including greeting them with a smile and professionally dealing with their queries
• Keep customers informed of any delays
• Be comfortable with lifting and moving online containers of up to 15kg

Requirements

• Full UK/EU driving licence
• At least 12 months' experience with no more than 6 points on the licence
• Ability to pass an online driving risk assessment
• Ability to complete a driving assessment when joining Sainsbury's
