Administrative Assistant Opportunity
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their support team in Witney. This is a primarily administrative role with some reception duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Organize and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Assist with event planning, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in administration or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
