About the Role:

As a Special Needs Support Professional, you will be working with students who have varying levels of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others and have a background in healthcare, social care, or support work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEND needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
• Facilitate engagement with the curriculum in both one-on-one and classroom settings, ensuring students receive tailored learning support.
• Help students develop essential communication, social, and life skills, fostering confidence and independence.

What We Offer:

• Competitive daily rate of £84 (paid via PAYE, with no agency fees).
• Full-time and part-time options available, with opportunities to move into permanent roles.
• Immediate start following registration.

Requirements:

• Experience working with students with SEND needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
