Job Title: SEN Support Worker
Location: Bolton
Salary: £90-£100 per day
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Worker to join our dynamic team at a Primary School in Bolton. As a Primary Consultant, we understand the crucial role that support staff play in providing a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with a range of special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to students, fostering a positive and nurturing relationship.
- Assist in the implementation of education and care plans designed by the school's SENCO and other professionals.
- Support students with a variety of special educational needs, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to facilitate a holistic approach to student development.
- Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Understanding of various special needs and the ability to adapt support strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of individuals with special needs.
