About the Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant at Ferrars Hall Care Home in Huntingdon, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. You will be responsible for aiding their emotional well-being and social needs, administering medications, supporting at meal times, mentoring new employees, and implementing care plans.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and caring attitude
- Experience of administering medication
- Excellent communication skills
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards this

Salary and Benefits:
Our Senior Care Assistants are paid an estimated £28,000 per annum, with opportunities for annual pay reviews, pension contributions, and enhanced bank holiday rates. You will also benefit from our generous holiday package, including 28 days off (FTE) plus bank holidays, as well as access to training and development programs.
