Main Responsibilities:
- Developing a Comprehensive Data Strategy: Formulate and maintain a robust strategy for managing Finance master data, pinpointing essential data elements, and ensuring their accuracy and consistency.
- Data Governance Policy Development: Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards that align with the organisation's objectives and compliance requirements.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of data governance initiatives and foster continuous improvement in collaboration across Finance Operations and Finance and Procurement Centre (FPC).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across Finance and IT to understand data-related needs and challenges, effectively communicating the value of data governance and securing support for governance initiatives.
- SAP and SaaS User Management: Oversee the administration, management, and maintenance of user roles and permissions within SAP and SaaS platforms, ensuring alignment with organisational policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Finance master Data Management and data governance.
- Strong understanding of SAP role management and SaaS user management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and policies.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and security.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Experience in performance monitoring and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to solve complex issues.
