About the Role

We are seeking an Associate to join our Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure team in London. This role will involve working on high-profile transactions and projects across various sub-sectors, including power generation and transmission, networks, social infrastructure, transport, telecommunications, and energy transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client expectations, deadlines, and project delivery effectively
  • Collaborate across teams, departments, and jurisdictions in a fast-paced environment
  • Matter management and maximising financial contribution
  • Leadership and supervision of junior team members
  • Recognising opportunities for business development and implementing group and firm-wide strategies
  • Proactive engagement with clients to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Legal and sector knowledge development and sharing
Requirements
  • Experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, or acquisition finance work
  • Evidence of a keen interest in energy and infrastructure allied to strong technical knowledge across multiple disciplines
  • Strong commercial/business acumen
  • Clear understanding of law firm economics and the firm's strategic priorities
Salary

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
