We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Dreams Ltd. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in helping us deliver our marketing plan across paid social and email communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and commercial team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across paid social and email channels.
  • Coordinate the creation of paid social assets and digital production, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Support the Media Marketing Manager in managing email campaigns, including conceptual approval, building, testing, and optimization.
  • Provide administration of campaign and subscriber reporting, identifying areas for future roadmap focus.
  • Assist in competitor analysis, reviewing weekly, monthly, and periodic competitor activity, providing key insights and trends.
  • Provide main administration of Media Purchase Orders, ensuring thorough reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or agency, with a degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Ambitious, energetic, and highly motivated individual with a passion for marketing.
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask in high-pressure environments, and self-starter capable of taking ownership and delivery of tasks assigned.
  • Results-driven individual with a focus on delivering desired outcomes.
