Student Experience and Support Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual to fill the position of Security and Community Safety Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students and staff.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, supporting students and staff with their queries, and working closely with the residential life team to maintain a safe and secure environment. Additionally, you will have opportunities to gain experience in first aid response, fire investigations, and water rescue scenarios through our comprehensive training program.
This role requires a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
