About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to join our Energy Hub team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and leading a team of retail staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and cash handling
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Monitor and maintain a high level of store appearance and cleanliness
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
