Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) or Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) to join our team in The Potteries. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to work in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced clinical practice to patients within our general practice settings, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.">
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.">
  • Maintain and improve standards of care, ensuring safe and effective practice at all times.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice or Non-Medical Prescribing.">
  • Experience in a primary care setting, preferably with a Minor Injury and Illness qualification.">
  • The ability to maintain and monitor standards of care, ensuring safe and effective practice at all times.">
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our organisation.">
