Job Overview

This strategic investment in Information Management and Technology builds on existing systems to deliver digital enhancements across all aspects of care.

Main Duties of the Job

We are seeking a talented and experienced technical engineer to join our ICT Directorate as an ICT Senior Technical Engineer. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance and day-to-day operation of the server, application, and cloud services in line with policy and procedures.
  • Availability of the Trust's entire server environment, both physical and virtual, including the Citrix estate.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (formerly System Centre Configuration Manager).
  • Ensuring that updates pushed out via the Endpoint Configuration Manager are fully tested and delivered in a controlled and timely manner.

This is a crucial and challenging role, and you will play a key part in supporting the ICT Directorate to achieve ICT Technical Operations objectives and deliver results.
