Job Title: Plumber and Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:
At The Recruitment Co., we are seeking an experienced Plumber and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our water systems and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ Routine and non-routine maintenance of water systems and equipment
•⁠ Fault finding and repair of equipment
•⁠ Identification of life expired equipment and implementation of replacement plans
•⁠ Inspections, water sampling, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
•⁠ Ensuring all works are carried out to the highest safety standards and in accordance with agreed method statements

Requirements:
•⁠ Previous experience in a similar role as a Plumber and Maintenance Specialist
•⁠ Current full UK driving licence
•⁠ Accurate measuring and scoping of works
•⁠ Good knowledge of current industry practice and problem-solving skills
•⁠ Trustworthy and reliable with the ability to follow security and safety processes
•⁠ Enhanced DBS check
•⁠ Good interpersonal skills, strong time management, and good IT skills
•⁠ Appropriate Trade qualification, Gas safe registration card, Legionella Control (L8), and Maximo maintenance system experience or similar package

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm
