**Job Overview:** Senior IT Professional

**Salary:** Circa £32,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are Stonesead Ltd, a leading provider of IT support services to businesses. We are seeking an exceptional Senior IT Professional to join our team as a Technical Project Engineer. This full-time, permanent role offers a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and collaboration with our clients.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-level technical projects, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with our project engineers to ensure seamless project execution and successful outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and practices, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular project pipeline and utilization data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent customer experience through effective project delivery, meeting agreed cost, time, scope, quality, and security constraints.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvement, driving innovation and best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest Microsoft technologies, staying ahead of industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical project engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Networking, SharePoint, and Cyber Security Support.
  • Ability to build and configure servers, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
  • A recognized qualification in project management (e.g., Prince 2, APM) is desirable.
