Job Title: Customer Liaison Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Liaison Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Liaison Team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and own a caseload of complaints relating to maintenance works, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough impartial investigations into customer complaints, gathering all relevant information and evidence.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer complaints, ensuring that all parties are informed and updated throughout the process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce the number of customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in complaint handling and customer service, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
