About the Role

Your new company, a specialist construction firm based in Burscough, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their rapidly growing business. The team currently stands at a head count of 10, but this is looking to expand, making it a great opportunity to join an established business as their growth continues to gather momentum in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building strong peer relationships with colleagues and aiming to grow and develop the business further.
  • Identifying training needs and support, including various admin tasks and supporting with HR and accounts when required.
  • Sending enquiries, health & safety checks, ensuring all files are accurate, support with bids, taking phone calls, and setting up insurances.
  • Additional diary management, booking meetings, arranging appointments, and organizing travel arrangements.
Requirements

To be successful in securing this position, you will need experience in team management ideally within a similar industry, along with experience of project delivery and operational system development. You must be involved in the daily challenges and understand the challenges and opportunities for your team at a practical level and be able to motivate and lead a team. You should have a proven ability to lead in a fast-changing, fast-paced environment with a level-headed approach when things do not go to plan and have strong attention to detail.

What We Offer

In return, you will be paid a competitive annual salary up to £40,000 depending on experience, along with 23 days plus 8 bank holidays.
