About the Role
Caremark Ltd is seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead our new office in Preston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including recruiting and managing staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the office team, ensuring compliance with CQC legislation and industry standards.
- Act as the initial point of contact for new and existing customers, local authorities, and outside agencies.
- Develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies to drive business growth.
- Design and deliver in-house training courses to support staff development.

We are looking for a candidate with:

- Previous experience in a care management role.
