Job Overview:
Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking a Graduate Assistant for Neurodiverse Students to provide personalized support to students with unique neurological wiring. This role requires a recent Graduate with knowledge of supporting students with conditions such as ASD, ADHD, and Dyslexia.

About the Role:
This position involves working closely with students who require additional support to achieve their academic goals. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds. As a Graduate Assistant, you will work under the guidance of experienced professionals to develop your skills and expertise in supporting neurodiverse students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with neurological differences
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each student's needs and goals
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless integration of support services
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure optimal outcomes

Requirements:
- Recent Graduate degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience working with individuals with neurological differences (ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
