Hydraulic Service Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Service Engineer to join our team in Plymouth. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing expert hydraulic services to our clients across various industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out engineering work at our service centre, on-site, and at customer premises, as requested by line management.
  • Ensure all work designated is completed to specification, in accordance with our Company's procedures and quality standards.
  • Work within the guidelines of our Company Quality Management System.
  • Perform tasks such as bending, fitting, and welding hydraulics pipe.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of hydraulic systems and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Thorough understanding of general engineering and hydraulic systems, or a good engineering background in general mechanical engineering or marine/plant/agriculture equipment service work.
  • BFPA level 1 & 2 certificate in mobile / industrial hydraulics or a recognised time served apprenticeship or proven experience.
  • A basic understanding of electrics/electronics would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Full clean driving licence.
