About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Volvo Car UK. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Work with customers to determine their vehicle maintenance needs, provide estimates, and coordinate repairs with our technicians.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on vehicle maintenance and repair status.
  • Marketing: Identify opportunities to promote our services to customers and help drive sales growth.
  • Administrative: Manage customer records, process payments, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and support.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair, with the ability to learn and understand technical information.
