We are seeking an experienced Purchase Lead to join our team in Runcorn, Cheshire. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through effective purchasing operations.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a skilled procurement professional to lead our purchasing team, working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and senior management to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement effective procurement strategies that meet business needs.
- To establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and secure the best possible deals.
- To oversee the entire purchasing process from sourcing to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- To analyze market trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments to inform procurement decisions.
- To provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £40,000-£45,000 pa, plus a 10% bonus package.
