We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Ward Manager to join our team at The Healthcare Hub.

About the Role:

The Deputy Ward Manager will assist the Ward Manager in the overall management of the ward, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes.
  • Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers in coordination with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Mental Health Nursing.
  • Active NMC Pin.
  • Experience in Acute Mental Health.
