Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team in a community setting. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and populations across the continuum of care, promoting health, preventing illness, and enhancing physical independence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess and diagnose problems, developing and implementing effective treatment plans to promote optimal health and function.
  2. Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide holistic care and support.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in physiotherapy, incorporating evidence-based practice into your work.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  5. Document patient progress, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
Requirements
  1. Entry-level degree in Physical Therapy.
  2. Registration as a physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  3. At least one year of community, hospital, or private practice experience, with a strong ability to conduct assessments, identify care plans, and document health records.
  4. Bilingualism is considered an asset.
