Job Summary

Viking is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager Customer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing sales plan realization by retaining and growing profitable accounts and strengthening customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth: Proactively generate additional sales through outbound calls and sales campaigns in coordination with the Marketing department.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with medium-sized customers in the region, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Analysis and Insights: Analyze purchasing behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Customer Communication: Share product inquiries, update customer data, and create customer-specific offers to meet their needs.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction through regular contact and proactive issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at various levels.
  • Language Skills: Native-level English language skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to identify customer needs and improve sales through effective solutions.
  • Education: Minimum vocational level of working and thinking, with a preference for completed commercial training.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with a strong skillset in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
