Family Support Worker

The Stirling Council is seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to join their team. This role will focus on promoting inclusion and equity for children and young people, working closely with schools, partners, and families.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting vulnerable groups and be able to form positive relationships with families. They will be responsible for delivering programs and signposting to other services to achieve the best possible outcomes.
A member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) is required for this position. The successful applicant will be expected to complete the necessary verification process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver support programs to families and children/young people.
- Form positive relationships with families and stakeholders.
- Signpost to other services as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Possession of relevant qualifications or experience in a similar field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Salary:** £32,412 - £35,061 per annum (dependent on experience). **Hours:** 35 hours per week. **Contract Type:** Permanent. **Location:** Stirling Council area.
