Quality Assurance Leader

SRG is currently working with a well-established organisation that leads technical innovations across the UK in various scientific sectors, including pharmaceuticals and biologics. They are seeking a Director of Quality who can provide expertise and input in establishing an effective operating model, ensuring the company's reputation, credibility, and ability to produce and supply licensed products to customers worldwide. The successful candidate will promote and integrate quality into every aspect of the business, including all QA programmes covering GMP to ensure full compliance.
This organisation is a leader in scientific innovation, focusing on providing scientific support around process, development, and product improvement across multiple sites. Founded in 2004, they have been behind some of the UK's biggest scientific innovations.
As the Director of Quality, you will be responsible for all aspects of quality across multiple facilities, overseeing QA, QC, and Regs. Effective communication is crucial in this role, as you will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of quality are adhered to. A Qualified Person (QP) qualification is highly desirable, as you will need to provide QP verification requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all aspects of quality across various internal and external departments
- Providing pharmaceutical and/or biologics experience
