Complex Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to join our team at Snap Care. This is a unique opportunity to work with a young adult with complex care needs and make a meaningful difference in their life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 2:1 support to Winnie, a 17-year-old with Cerebral Palsy, scoliosis, and Dystonia, requiring suctioning, nebulisers, and gastrostomy care.
- Assist with daily living activities, health, and medical needs, promoting independence and exploring new hobbies and interests.
- Work collaboratively with Winnie's family, therapy team, and other healthcare professionals to ensure her well-being and quality of life.
- Travel with Winnie on holidays and outings, providing support and companionship.
- Experience supporting children or young adults with complex care needs, including suctioning and manual handling.
- Confident driver with a WAV for use on duty.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a caring and innovative approach.
- Non-smoker/vaper and able to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
As a Complex Care Support Worker with Snap Care, you will receive:
