We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified external auditor to join our team as an Audit Manager.

As part of our Audit Services Group, you will lead multiple audit teams to deliver high-quality financial audits across the public sector in Scotland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the public sector environment and be able to develop effective relationships with stakeholders. You will also have experience of managing high-quality external audits, preferably in a public sector setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple audit teams to deliver complex financial audits
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the public sector environment and identify key issues and risks
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across your portfolio
  • Deliver high-quality reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders
