About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Newly Qualified Social Workers to join our team at Opus People Solutions Ltd. As a Newly Qualified Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with smaller caseloads to help you settle into your role and develop your skills
  • Participate in hands-on learning with high levels of support and mentoring from experienced professionals
  • Access extensive training opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills
  • Work closely with strong mentors who will oversee your development and provide guidance
About You

We are looking for talented, ambitious, and passionate individuals who are committed to improving the lives of children. As a Newly Qualified Social Worker, you will need to possess the following attributes:

  • A passion to improve the lives of children and make a positive impact
  • Ambition and motivation to succeed in your role
  • Commitment to continuously developing your social work practice and staying up-to-date with current legislation and policies
  • Pre-qualified children's social care work experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Be degree qualified in Social Work and have a strong understanding of current legislation and policies
  • Able to work under pressure and have excellent organisational skills
  • Have knowledge and understanding of using appropriate assessment tools and research
