Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE to join our team in Croydon. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential conveyancing, drafting and reviewing contracts, title reports, and other legal documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, title reports, and other legal documents.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
  • Handling complex cases with minimal supervision.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional requirements.

Requirements:

  1. A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
  2. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
