Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Loch Duart Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance on equipment and plant, responding to equipment breakdowns, and managing stock of critical spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out preventative maintenance on equipment and plant to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns, diagnose the issue, and implement repairs in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage stock of critical spare parts and re-order as required to minimize downtime.
  • Assist with the installation of new equipment and plant, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Carry out site security and yard maintenance to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
  • Maintain and monitor site effluent treatment installations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with external contractors to ensure that repairs and installations are carried out to the highest standards.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working as an Engineer in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
  • Multi-skilled with a recognized Engineering qualification such as ONC/HNC/HND and electrical bias.
  • Knowledge of plumbing and electrical engineering principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility in respect of working shifts, including weekends as required.
