- Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our Sales team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting large new business opportunities, building proposals that meet the customers' needs, negotiating within budget constraints, and taking a leading role in implementing new business wins.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market and trend analysis to stay ahead of the competition
- Develop a clear understanding of our customers and their requirements and expectations
- Identify and prospect large new business opportunities
- Build proposals that meet the customers' needs
- Take a leading role in implementing new business wins
- Accurate records to be maintained for each account/prospect on OCOD (CRM Platform)
- Requirements:
- Previous proven sales experience in progressively bigger roles selling concept/solutions in a business to business marketplace
- Proven track record of year on year over achievement in a sales environment
- Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills are key for this role, coupled with strong organisational skills
- Self-motivated and target driven
