Job Title: ESOL Instructor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students of varying skill levels.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A recognised qualification in TEFL, TESOL, or a related field.
  • Experience in teaching English as a Second Language, preferably in a college or educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with varying learning needs.
