About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Analyst to join our team at Centrality. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing our internal IT systems and ensuring they are stable, secure, and functionally rich.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our internal IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, and client computers.
  • Provide technical support and training to our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to use our IT systems effectively.
  • Collaborate with our team to design and implement new IT solutions that meet our business needs.
  • Ensure our IT systems are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and report on IT system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Windows-based networks and servers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Experience with IT service management and helpdesk software.
  • Knowledge of scripting and programming fundamentals.
