Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with head office teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies
- Manage store budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of assets
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store teams, head office staff, and external partners
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail operations management role, preferably in a convenience or discount retail environment
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and engage store teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
