About The Role

Mayfair Homecare is a national provider of high-quality care at home for adults. Our organisation empowers individuals to stay within their own homes, receiving person-centered care and support. We are seeking an outgoing and empathic individual with excellent communication skills to empower and support others.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Manager with business growth and ensuring we deliver the highest possible standard of care
  • Maintaining relationships with commissioners, professionals, clients, and family members
  • Rota Management for packages of care and responding efficiently to day-to-day changes
  • Providing excellent customer service and meeting client needs

This office-based role involves some travel in the local area. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to achieving great outcomes for our clients and share our values of providing exceptional care. If you possess good customer service skills, strong organisational skills, and are aligned to our values, we encourage you to apply.
