Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our clients dedicated pharmacy team within a private hospital in London. The ideal candidate will have clinical wards experience and a commitment to providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to their patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Medication Reviews: Conduct thorough medication reviews and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Advice and Guidance: Provide expert advice on drug interactions, side effects, and appropriate use of medications.
  • Clinical Rounds: Participate in clinical rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and healthcare professionals on medication-related issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with hospital policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
  • Registration: Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Experience: Proven clinical wards experience within a hospital setting.
  • Skillset: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Organisation: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is estimated to be between £30 - £37 per hour, based on experience.
