About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Site Logistics and Safety. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of access and scaffolding services across multiple sites. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Managing site logistics to minimize delays and optimize resource allocation.
  2. Developing and implementing safety protocols to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
In addition to the above, you will be expected to:
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety and excellence within the team.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as logistics or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in site logistics and safety, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.

Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive training programs, health insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
