Citi Financial Management Partner Job Description

Citi, a leading global bank, seeks a skilled Financial Management Partner to drive behavioral change projects across various business units. This role requires expertise in behavioral science, organizational development, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams in designing and implementing behavioral change initiatives
  • Partner with HR Advisors and business leaders to identify project requirements and outcomes
  • Develop and execute data collection strategies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups
  • Design interventions to address root cause issues and test their effectiveness
  • Manage project risks and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Communicate project plans and results to senior leaders
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, organizational psychology, or related field
  • Strong professional experience in behavioral science, organizational development, or related field
  • Excellent consulting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a complex environment with changing priorities
