Join Partner Financial as a Group FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Group FP&A Analyst to join our team at Partner Financial. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

About the Role

The Group FP&A Analyst will be responsible for consolidating financial performance across the Group, leading process improvements through analysis, and leveraging new technology to enhance ways of working. You will partner with Operating Companies, interface with Senior stakeholders, and collaborate with the Group Investor relations and Strategy teams to ensure synergy and identify areas for opportunities versus key competitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate financial performance across the Group and lead process improvements through analysis and technology implementation
  • Partner with Operating Companies and interface with Senior stakeholders to drive commercial decision-making
  • Collaborate with the Group Investor relations and Strategy teams to ensure synergy and identify opportunities
  • Gather and consolidate monthly financial planning and analysis results, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide insightful reports and key analysis of the Group's performance to the Board and Management Committee
Requirements
  • Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on achieving excellence
  • Previous experience working within a Group FP&A team is preferable
  • Natural team player with well-developed interpersonal skills, able to promote good team working and co-operation
  • Inquisitive mind-set that continuously challenges and seeks process improvement
