Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team at Alexander Mae (Bristol). The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

This is a busy department that requires a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing and document management
  • Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards
  • Telephoning agents/third parties and preparing relevant papers and documentation
  • General photocopying and preparation of court bundles and documents
  • Ensure work issues or problems are reported immediately to team supervisors
  • File closing

Requirements:

  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Accurate and detail-oriented with good IT skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum
