**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Special Education Consultant in schools specialising in additional learning needs.

The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support to teachers and students to ensure they receive the best possible education.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing and implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create inclusive learning environments
  • Maintaining effective relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of £27,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus uncapped commission

**Working Hours:**

  • Term time: 7:30am - 4:30pm / 5pm / 5:30pm
  • School holidays: Reduced hours 8:30am - 3:30pm approx.
