Job SummaryWe're seeking a detail-oriented Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to our finance team.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their administrative career, looking to grow and develop in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices and track office expenses
- Monitor the accounts@ email inbox and address supplier invoices, remittances, and other financial queries
- Liaise with the People & Culture function regarding on-boarding of new employees and support production of induction timetable
- Help gather and compile data for reports, including performance metrics
- Numerate and strong PC skills in MS 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent computer keyboard and data-entry skills
We're looking for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Experience with MS 365 and data-entry skills are a must.
