Position Overview:
The Senior Vice President of Sales (Healthcare) will be responsible for driving business growth by prospecting and closing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) contracts with national and international companies in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to secure new clients, including prospect targeting, engagement, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Research and identify business expansion opportunities for the customer care market, developing a growth and market expansion plan in collaboration with senior management.
- Prospect for customer care opportunities and identify niches with strategic potential to maximize market reach.
- Build a predictable pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues.
- Execute go-to-market plans through targeted campaigns and other sales channels, including advisors, influencers, conference attendance, and industry events.
- Develop targeted presentations for specific audiences interested in learning more about services and technology support services.
- Work closely with the RFP team to ensure high-quality proposals, submitting and handling proposals with full ownership and accountability for the opportunity.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Align individual goals with organizational goals.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Highly responsive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Customer focus and good understanding of business cycles, budgeting, and financial management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in the BPO Healthcare space.
- Must possess a proven track record for prospecting and closing new business.
- Proven experience in business planning, account development, and relationship management with proven results.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated base salary range for this remote position is between $220,000 - $250,000. Everise offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include commission earnings and other benefit programs.
