Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Key Stage 1 Educator, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum for Key Stage 1.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and a love of learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support each child's educational journey.
  • Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience in teaching Key Stage 1 is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
