Complaints Senior Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complaints Senior Lead to join our team at Cheshire West and Chester Council. As a key member of our Children's Social Care workforce, you will play a vital role in ensuring that we provide a high-quality service to children and families.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of Family Intervention Workers to ensure that young people receiving support from The Nook receive a robust and needs-led approach to their care.
- Review service performance against agreed indicators and implement changes and developments alongside the Service Manager.
- Collaborate with the partnership to provide timely and relevant services for young people.
- Respond to concerns and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Work closely with HR and legal on various issues.
