About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complaints Senior Lead to join our team at Cheshire West and Chester Council. As a key member of our Children's Social Care workforce, you will play a vital role in ensuring that we provide a high-quality service to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and supervise a team of Family Intervention Workers to ensure that young people receive a robust and needs-led approach to their care.
  2. Review service performance against agreed indicators and implement changes and developments alongside the Service Manager.
  3. Collaborate with the partnership to provide timely and relevant services for young people.
  4. Respond to concerns and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  5. Work closely with HR and legal on various issues.
