Senior Social Worker

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our team, providing a preventative and rehabilitative service to children and their families. This role requires a skilled professional with a strong ability to assess situations where children are at risk and develop effective plans to ensure their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Social Work Duties: Provide a range of social work services to children and their families, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
- Case Management: Develop and implement effective case plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and their families.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals, including carers, schools, and community organizations, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting children and their families.
To be successful in this role, you will need a recognized Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) and Social Work England registration. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and other professionals.
