As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students. You will work collaboratively with the teaching staff to deliver catch-up sessions, provide individualized support, and contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

To succeed in this role, you must have recent and relevant experience working with children and young people, particularly those with SEND. You will also need to possess good numeracy and literacy skills, as well as the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher.
